Which model should you compare first?

Catalogue details must be confirmed against the vehicle you select. Model names alone do not establish range, waterproofing, battery type or warranty coverage.

Can I buy an electric scooter in installments?

AIMA Cambodia provides installment enquiries through channels including ACLEDA Bank and DP. Ask about a 30% down-payment plan and confirm the applicable channel, model and configuration. Eligibility, required deposit, repayment period, interest, fees and approval depend on the provider’s assessment and final contract. The 30% figure is not a uniform requirement across all channels.

Where can I see AIMA electric motorcycles in Phnom Penh?

Our published showroom address is No. 11, Street 163, Prampir Makara, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Get Google Maps directions. Contact the team before visiting to confirm opening hours and which models are available to view.

What should I check before paying a deposit?

  1. Confirm the exact model, battery, motor and charger supplied.
  2. Discuss your daily route, passenger needs and suitable charging location.
  3. Ask about the test conditions behind any range claim.
  4. Get written warranty terms, service arrangements and any battery replacement charges.
  5. For finance, compare the total repayment amount and all fees, not only the down payment.

Read our charging guide and warranty information. This page does not promise a particular range, approval outcome or warranty term.

Global brand experience. Local presence in Cambodia.

AIMA’s global website describes the company as a leading global electric two-wheeler brand and reports more than 100 million electric two-wheelers sold worldwide cumulatively during 2006–2025. This is a global cumulative figure, not Cambodia sales or a single year’s sales.

Local after-sales support for your AIMA

AIMA Cambodia supports you beyond the purchase with local inspection, maintenance and warranty assistance, plus parts support including motors. Our Phnom Penh team is your contact for service arrangements and model-specific advice. After-sales service and support →

Graphene battery configurations

Our current Cambodia sales range uses graphene batteries. Confirm the battery voltage, capacity, charging requirements and written warranty for the exact version you choose. Battery life depends on use and care; no fixed lifespan is promised.

JoyBean: removable battery

JoyBean offers a removable battery for more flexible charging arrangements. Ask the showroom to demonstrate removal and refitting, and confirm the appropriate charger and a suitable charging location before purchase.

Rainy-season checks

Ask about the protection requirements of your specific battery, motor and controller, and inspect the vehicle’s ground clearance. A component’s water-resistance rating does not establish the protection of the whole vehicle or permission to ride through floodwater. Follow the vehicle manual.

Local parts enquiries

AIMA Cambodia supplies parts including motors. Contact the local team to confirm model compatibility, current availability, fitting arrangements, cost and lead time. Parts support does not mean every component is always in stock or replaced free of charge.
