Tell us your model and the symptoms you have noticed. Our team can help you arrange inspection and maintenance support. Confirm the location and service arrangements before bringing your vehicle in.

Battery, motor and replacement parts

We provide parts support including motors. Share your model and component details so the team can check compatibility, availability, fitting arrangements and cost. Ask about the correct battery and charger for your vehicle before replacing either.

Warranty assistance

Keep your purchase record and written warranty. The team can help you check the applicable terms and next steps for your vehicle. Coverage and any charges depend on the component, warranty conditions and inspection findings.

How to request after-sales support

1. Prepare your model name, purchase record and a description of the issue. Photos can help explain visible damage or an instrument warning.
2. Contact AIMA Cambodia to confirm where and when to bring the vehicle, and which documents to bring.
3. Ask the team to explain the inspection, proposed work, parts availability, estimated timing and any charges before agreeing to repairs.
